Αυτό τουλάχιστον, έδειξαν τα αποτελέσματα από μία νέα έρευνα που έγινε από την βρετανική εταιρεία κατασκευής ηλεκτρονικών, Alba, στην οποία ζητήθηκε από 2.000 Βρετανούς ενήλικες να πουν ποια είναι τα τραγούδια εκείνα που τους κάνουν να νιώθουν υπέροχα, και το τραγούδι των Queen ήταν ένας από τους κοινούς παρονομαστές.
«Η ανάλυσή μου επιβεβαίωσε αυτό που ήδη γνωρίζαμε. Ότι, δηλαδή, τα τραγούδια που έχουν γραφτεί σε γρήγορο τέμπο είναι πιο πιθανό να δημιουργήσουν θετικά συναισθήματα», ανέφερε ο Jolij, βοηθός καθηγητή Ψυχολογίας στο Πανεπιστήμιο του Groningen. «Κυριολεκτικά όλα τα τραγούδια που αναφέρθηκε ότι προκαλούν θετική διάθεση έχουν γραφτεί σε ματζόρε (εκτός από ελάχιστα) και όλα ήταν πιο γρήγορα από το μέσο ποπ τραγούδι», συμπλήρωσε.
Άλλα τραγούδια που αναφέρθηκαν ήταν το «Dancing Queen», των ABBA,
Παρ’ ολ’ αυτά, όπως τονίζει και ο Jolij, για να κριθεί εάν ένα τραγούδι μας φτιάχνει τη διάθεση ή όχι, σημασία έχει οι θετικές συνδέσεις που έχουμε κάνει με αυτό το τραγούδι και κατά συνέπεια και τα συναισθήματα που μας προκαλεί.
Επειδή ομως δεν είμαστε Βρετανία και μια και ο καιρός σήμερα ειναι βροχερός και λίγο μελαγχολικός η δικιά μας επιστημονική ομάδα του volvinews επέλεξε ενα τραγουδάκι πάλι απο την ίδια δεκαετία με την εν λόγω έρευνα, που ταιρειάζει και με την σημερινή ατμόσφαιρα.
